DataPower may reload when the following conditions are met: 1. Using an XML Firewall Service 2. Using the Carbon UI (new UI) 3. Using the Probe on that XML Firewall Service. 4. Having a value in the "filter-by-path" in the "apiprobe-create-capture-setting"

Remove any value from the "filter-by-path" setting in the probe
