Error description

• It is not possible to use the MQPublication Node on a server
  connection without +system authority due to the use of lpiSPIPUT

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise version 12 or higher
  using the MQ Publication Node.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  It is not possible to use the MQPublication Node on a server
  connection without +system authority due to the internal use of
  the lpiSPIPUT API.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR introduces a new environment variable
  MQSI_PUBSUB_DONT_USE_LPISPIPUT. When this is set to any non-null
  value this will cause the MQ Publication to use the MQPUT API
  instead of lpiSPIPUT.
  
  This means that the publication does not require +system
  authority but it will no longer be possible for consumers of the
  publication to be able to tell that this is a forwarded retained
  publication. This restriction is also true when making a client
  connection in the MQPublication Node.
