  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Some databases require additional properties to optimise the
  connection between the Change Data Capture node and the
  database, which are not exposed in the ChangeDataCapture policy
  as they only needed in very specific circumstances.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ChangeDataCapture policy now supports a "propertiesFilePath"
  field which allows users to specify a path to a Java .properties
  file on disk which contains additional database specific
  properties that should be used for the connection.
