IT46451: ACE12 MAY THROW UNKNOWN SFTP EXCEPTION WHEN USING FILE NODES

Error description

• When using ACE 12.0.11.0 and onwards with File Nodes, the below
  exception could be observed
  ```
  2024-04-05 08:41:25.222610: BIP2115E: IBM App Connect Enterprise
  internal error: diagnostic information 'File Input', 'Insert',
  '', 'Unknown SFTP Exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
  org/bouncycastle/crypto/params/X25519PrivateKeyParameters',
  '{4}'.
  ```
  The above exception is being thrown because of the algorithms
  being used by the newer JSch version incorporated into ACE and
  the dependencies involved

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using App Connect Enterprise 12.0.11.0 and onwards with
  File Nodes, the below exception could be observed
  ```

  The above exception is being thrown because of the algorithms
  being used by the newer JSch version incorporated into App
  Connect Enterprise v12 and the dependencies involved. Newer JSch
  version enables few algorithms which have a dependency on
  BouncyCastle JARs or require a higher version of Java than
  Java8.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Product has been modified to disable few newer algorithms
  that require a higher version of Java than Java8 or require  the
  BouncyCastle JARs as a dependency.
