• When using WebUI to view the Documentation for a REST API that
  is in stopped state, the Execution Group may abend with the
  following Abend stack (shown for Windows environment)

  accessing an already stopped REST API from the WebUI

Problem conclusion

• The Product has been modified such that it no longer abends when
  accessing a stopped REST API from the WebUI
