Error description

  • After creating a Storage Insights REST API key, the attempts
    to use the API call to get a token return the following error:
    Error 401: User unauthorized
    
    The API to get the token had previously been working and the
    REST API key has not expired. Affects all use of the Storage
    Insights REST API.
    
    The issue occurs due to the change of root and Intermediate
    certificates for xx.insights.ibm.com
    
    The corresponding certificate chain is missing in SI-API
    keystore.
