Error description

• dsmicfgx when run on Windows cluster is using the old product
  name (IBM Spectrum Protect) when creating the cluster resource.
  
  
  dsmicfgx.trc has:
  com.tivoli.dsm.ServerConfig.WinClusterNode.createTsmResource():
  resName: IBM Spectrum Protect XXXXX Group Server
  
  
  
  The local Windows service created by dsmicfgx uses IBM Storage
  Protect, dsmicfgx.trc has:
  com.tivoli.dsm.ConfigWizard.DoFormatPanel.signalEvent(): Setting
  cluster_summary IA variable to:  C:\Windows\system32\sc.exe
  create IBM Storage Protect XXXXX...
  
  
  The mismatch of names means the Windows Cluster Manager tries
  to start the IBM Spectrum Protect Server service, which does not
  exist.

Local fix

• Manually update the Windows Cluster Resource name to match the
  Windows service name using the Windows Cluster Manager.
