APAR status

Error description

• Note: The cold-data-cache storage pool feature was introduced in
  IBM Spectrum Protect Server starting with version 8.1.8.000.
  A cold-data-cache storage pool is initially created, and a next
  storage pool is defined for it.
  As restriction of above scenario, the MOVE DATA executed against
  a cold-data-cache storage pool or its next storage pool, will
  fail with error:
  ANR3700E MOVE DATA: The command was not processed because it is
  not valid for cold-data-cache storage pools or for the specified
  next storage pools of cold-data-cache storage pools. ANS8001I
  Return code 3.
  If the next storage pool is updated for a cold-data-cache
  storage pool by UPDATE STGPOOL server command,  then the new
  pool set as next storage pool will not be flagged internally as
  a storage pool that is the next pool for a cold data cache
  storage pool. This will cause all restrictions to be lifted and
  for example, the MOVE DATA execution will succeed instead of
  failing with above ANR37000E error message.

  supported platforms
