Problem conclusion

• Due to missing license files, upgrade to 8.1.22.000 was showing
  the license type of DB2 as "TRIAL". Upgrading to 8.1.22.100 is
  going to add the missing license files and thus the license type
  will be shown as "PERMANENT".
