  application. this APAR will allow specifying an env variable
  MQSI_HTTP_PROXY_HOST_ADDRESS to proxy url

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If a deployed REST API application is behind a proxy, load
  balancer, or gateway, then retrieving the spec (swagger file)
  results in the local system's host and port number being
  returned instead of the front end location. The location can be
  overridden if the incoming message includes HTTP headers like
  X-Forwarded-Host. If these are not supplied, then the
  undesirable local value gets returned. This change allows for
  setting the environment variable MQSI_HTTP_PROXY_HOST_ADDRESS to
  indicate the correct host and port you want returned.
