IT45759: STORAGE INSIGHTS SHOWS INCORRECT VALUE IN THE CONDITION COLUMN FOR A STORAGE SYSTEM

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Storage Insights intermittently shows an incorrect Condition
  value for a storage system.  For example, the Condition for a
  storage device shows as "Error" even though there is no hardware
  error visible from Storage Insights when drilling into the
  internal components that make up the device.  There is no known
  hardware issue with the device outside of Storage Insights
  either. After a couple of days the Condition automatically goes
  back to the correct one.
