Error description

• The service option in the Allowed resource types is missing on
  Preparing to configure cloud-container storage pools for
  Microsoft Azure (off premises) documentation.
  The cloud-container storage pools for Microsoft Azure needs
  Allowed resource types section includes Service, Container and
  Object.

Problem conclusion

• The IBM Documentation for "Preparing to configure
  cloud-container storage pools for Microsoft Azure (off
  premises)", missed the required permissions for the SAS token,
  enabling one of the allowed resource type as 'Service'. The
  corresponding documentation will be updated as part of this fix.
