Error description

• The storage device probes persistently encounter failures. While
  the Performance, Test connections for the affected storage
  device operate smoothly.
  The probe encounters a failure due to a
  NullPointerException(NPE) during the data processing stage at
  the probe data processor.
  
  java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke
  "java.lang.String.equalsIgnoreCase(java.lang.String)" because
  the return value of "java.util.Map.get(java.lang.Object)" is
  null
     at com.ibm.srm.dataprocessor.probe.svc.SVCProbeProcessor.fil
  lHyperswapProperties(SVCProbeProcessor.java:4902)
