Error description

• Error message AMQ6308 logged at queue manager startup on NSX
  /NSV systems.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• With release of MQ v8.0.1.15 OpenSSL was upgraded from version
  1.1.x to 3.0.x.
  With this the entropy is not gathered using the entropy
  daemon as source on NSX/NSV systems anymore, but by using inbuil
  cpu entropy thus removing the requirement of a running entropy
  daemon.
  

Problem conclusion

• Error AMQ6308 is not generated anymore on NSX/NSV systems if no
  entropy daemon is running.

  The fix is targeted for delivery in maintenance level 8.1.0.20
  of IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.
