Error description

• Death of guardian agent process does not lead to automatic
  failover of queue manager.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• APAR IT40787 released with MQ v8.1.0.10 introduced the automatic
  
  failover of a queue manager in case of STOP_ALL condition.
  However under high load situations when a guardian agent
  terminates this does not happen and the queue manager keeps on
  running.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been changed to capture these amqzlga0 Death
  situations and correctly force a failover of the queue manager.

  of IBM MQ for HPE NonStop 8.1.
