Error description

• In the IBM Spectrum Protect Client, the following warning
  message may be displayed during runtime:
  "Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown
  publisher to make changes to this computer?".
  
  The binary files are signed, the signatures do not contain a
  timestamp of the signing date, which can cause
  the message above to be displayed once the certificate expires.
  This warning can be bypassed by selecting "yes".
  
  Affected versions: IBM Spectrum Protect Backup-Archive Client
  8.1.17.2, 8.1.19.0, 8.1.20.0, 8.1.21.0.

• Click "YES" when answering the question.
