Error description

• When attempting to execute Storage Insights REST API calls
  through the Swagger interface, the following error occurs.
  
  Site returns: Request URL
  https://insights.ibm.com/restapi/v1/tenants/<TENANT_ID>/token
  Server Response: Error 401: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 401
  
  The "Try it out" option appears to be available but does not
  succeed. The Swagger documentation interface for the Storage
  Insights REST API (https://insights.ibm.com/restapi/docs/)
  behaves only as documentation.
  

Local fix

• Avoid using the "Try it out" option in Swagger and instead use a
  separate REST API client to make calls.
