  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A Toolkit connection to an integration node that is configured
  to use TLS 1.3 will fail with the following error.
  
  "Could not
  establish remote connection to target integration node
  (hostname:port) as user 'null'. An SSL/TLS exception occurred:
  Received fatal alert: protocol_version"
  

Problem conclusion

• A Toolkit connection to an integration node that has been
  configured with TLS 1.3 will now correctly connect.
