Error description
If a tape drive gets a failure when dismounting and the tape stays stuck in the drive, the server may incorrectly record that the drive is empty and subsequent use of that drive will cause mount problem. An example of dismount error can be: ANR8302E I/O error on drive DRIVExx (\\.\Tape7) with volume NONE (OP=OFFL, Error Number=0, CC=203, rc = 2863, KEY= 02, ASC=04, ASCQ= 02,~SENSE=70.00.02.00.00.00.00.58.00.00.00.00.04.02.30.00 .10.12.00.00.0E.00.,~Description=Manualintervention required). Subsequent failures could be like these examples: - During backupset generation: ANR3525W GENERATE BACKUPSET: Transaction failed - storage media inaccessible. - During export node: ANR0670W EXPORT NODE: Transaction failed - storage media inaccessible.
