Error description

• After Installing/Upgrading the IBM Storage Protect for Virtual
  Environments: Data Protection for VMware version 8.1.21.0 on
  Windows the VM backups might fail with the below errors:
  
  ANS9365E VMware vStorage API error for virtual machine
  'VM_Name'.

Problem conclusion
