IT45335: STORAGE INSIGHTS EXPORT PERFORMANCE DATA HAS DATE/TIME DATA SHIFT ISSUE

Error description

• Using Export Performance Data in Storage Insights results in a
  zip file where the performance data is not formatted as
  expected.  The date and time were previously together in a
  single column (B) and now are split into separate columns (B and
  C).  This changes shifts all subsequent columns by one, causing
  incorrect data interpretation in IBM Storage Modeller (StorM).
  The shift causes the data to incorrectly load as being from
  1970.
