Error description

• When IBM Storage Insights monitors Spectrum Scale devices
  there is a hardcoded time-out value of 60 seconds, which may
  not be long enough for very large Scale devices.
  
  A new properties setting in the Data Collector with an
  adjustable time-out value will be added to allow the
  modification of the time-out.

  * value to use.  This setting can be adjusted as necessary if  *
  * the Scale device continues to time out during probe.         *
