Error description
We are trying to setup for Control Center to monitor a windows IIS FTP server with the FTP agent installed. While the connection seems to be successful, Control Center cannot read the log files and gives the following error message: CFTP057E Check Server properties. Log file not found by Agent or is in invalid format. We went back and confirmed that the log layout under "Advanced Connection" page (see Advanced Connection.png) on Control Center side is different from the log layout on the IIS server side, but Control Center side log layout is Un adjustable. More specifically, the Move Up and Move Down buttons assumingly used for adjusting field order are unresponsive.
