Error description
When a user has a multi-node cluster of gateways and is using an extension to apply user-defined policies, the policies may not be advertised to the API Manager. This will happen the policies deployment is marked as deferred and if the user restarts the apic-gw-service on all nodes at the same time. This will cause APIM to not show the policy when editing API assemblies. To work around, the user will need to restart the apic-gw-service on one node.
Local fix
Restart the APIC Gateway Service.
