Error description

• Adding a DS8000 storage device with more than 1 HMC IP address
  does not work as expected.
  - Providing both IP addresses in the Add Device wizard resulted
  in duplicate storage device entries. It created 1 entry per IP
  address with the same serial number.
  - Adding the second IP address through the wizard after the
  DS8000 has already been discovered did not add it to the
  existing DS8000 properties.
  The expected result is that the DS8000 is represented with 1
  device in Storage Insights and multiple IP addresses can be
  associated with it.
  This is a regression of old APAR IT41751
