Error description

• After upgrading or installing IBM Storage Protect Client version
  8.1.20, the "web client" and "client scheduler" services
  configuration via the setup wizard fail with:
  ANS2613S A communications protocol error occurred between the
  web browser and the client.
  
  IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected:
  IBM Storage Protect client 8.1.20 and above later on Windows
  platforms.
