APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After upgrade to 8.1.19 or 8.1.20, the IBM Storage Protect
  server (configured as hub server), starts briefly then crashes.
  The server halts when there is a download error during client
  deployment package refresh process.

• Turning off client deployment on Hub Server with server command:
  
  SET DEPLOYPKGMGR  OFF
