APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer has upgraded their Sterling Integrator version to
  6.1.2.3 and since then they are unable to decrypt the signed
  file through OFTP2 connection. They are getting below error -

  It was working as expected in 6.1.2.2 version. They confirmed
  they have not changed any OFTP configuration or the certificates
  in the system. Everything is same as it was in 6.1.2.2 version.
  

Local fix

• Fix for APAR IT37467 created an inner class that was not
  packaged properly in 6.1.2.3, this APAR will package the missing
  class moving forward.
