APAR status

Error description

  • The documentation for the command states that sha256 is the
default if not specificed but instead sha1 is used.

e.g.
keygen CN default gen-sscert file-name default

will generate a certificate with signature algorithm of
sha1WithRSAEncryption

Local fix

  • Explicitly specify the digest.

Problem summary

  • The DataPower CLI keygen command might use an incorrect default
digest parameter.
