Error description

• When trying to invoke runmqicred on a Linux server with MQ
  Client 9.3.0.6 installed, the following error is reported:
  
  
  $ runmqicred
  runmqicred: error while loading shared libraries: libmqml_r.so:
  cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

  The users who is using IBM MQ client and using runmqicred

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A defect in the internal build scripts for the MQ client meant
  that the runmqicred command was incorrectly linked with some MQ
  server libraries that are not expected to be present for a
  client-only installation, or in the redistributable client
  package.
  

Problem conclusion

• The build script has been modified to fix the issue.
