APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Tasks for a server that no longer exists keeps appearing in the
    IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Centers Maintenance view, even
    when the task has not run for 14 days,
    
    there is no administrative schedule associated with the task,
    and the server name is no longer defined to the server.
    
    IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected:
    
    All IBM Spectrum Protect Server V8.1 servers and later on all
    supported platforms.
    

Local fix

  • 1.  Ignore the entry. Eventually in the OC Maintenance page,
    update the filter in the table to not show them.
    
    2.  Restart the OC server. This will reset and reload the table
    without the entries for the server that no longer exists.
