Problem summary

  * When user passes a single character to the CopyStringToField *
  * API, the return code is SYSTEM_ERROR = 9 and the character   *
  * is not pasted at the specified cursor location on Japanese   *
  * Windows machines.                                            *

  To reproduce this problem
  
  1) Launch a 3270 Japanese type display session with PCOM v15
  64-bit
  2) Pass a single character to CopyStringToField API from a
  EHLLAPI C# application
  
  The passed character is not pasted onto the emulator screen and
  the API returns SYSTEM_ERROR = 9 return code
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSWSAPI.DLL code changes have been made for the 3270 session to
  paste the single character passed to CopyStringToField API on
  the emulator screen at the given cursor position.
