APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When the apic-gw-service is misconfigured so that internal
    gateway director cannot start, the service will continue and
    webhooks cannot be processed from the API Manager even after the
    misconfiguration is corrected. The apic-gw-service should
    restart automatically.
    

Local fix

  • Manually restart the apic-gw-service
    

Problem summary

  • APIC-GW-Service could not restart when not able to start the GWD
    server.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fix is available in 10.0.1.15, 10.5.0.7 and 10.5.2.0.
