IT44094: TRACE NODE DOES NOT RE-CREATE TRACE NODE LOG FILES IF DELETED/MOVED UNLESS FLOW RESTARTED

Error description

• When it is deleted or moved, a trace node's log file is not
  recreated and no trace is written any more by the node unless
  the relevant flow is restarted.

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM AppConnect Enterprise V12.0, V11.0 and IBM
  Integration Bus V10.1 using the TraceNode.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform, z/OS

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a log file configured on a TraceNode is deleted or moved,
  the TraceNode doesn't recreate a new log file and new trace
  entries are no longer logged as a result.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product's TraceNode now recreates the configured log files
  if they are removed/moved to another place in the file systems.
