IT44021: PCOM: 14.0.5 64BIT ENTER KEY NOT FUNCTION IN THAI INPUT LANGUAGE MODE

Error description

• In PCOM, the PC Enter key is mapped to ENTER host function. When
  connecting to a AS/400 application, the user switched to Thai
  input method, then the Enter key functions as a New Line key.
  When the user switches back to English input method, the Enter
  key functions normally as the ENTER host function.

  1) Launch a Thai emulator session
  2) Provide values in writable fields on the host screen
  3) Press ENTER key
  .
  After pressing ENTER key, it acts like either FIELD EXIT or HOME
  key
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSKBD.DLL code changes have been made to correct the ENTER key
  association to ENTER function in Thai language mode to submit
  the information on the display screen or move the cursor to the
  next line.
