Error description
XA setup with MQ in ACE11FP20 failed to start with following error message AMQ6175E: The system could not dynamically load the shared library '/var/mqm/exits64/libIIBXASwitch.so'. The system returned error message 'libicuuc.so.70: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'. It is a regression in ACE11FP20.

Problem conclusion
