Using a Robotics script to do ALT+E to choose Edit in the PCOMM Menu and then D for Copy Append results in the PCOMM session closing without warning. This issue only started happening after moving from 32-bit PCOMM to 64-bit.

Problem conclusion
PCSEDIT.DLL changes have been made to handle the invalid clipboard object preventing the session crash.
