IT43503: STORAGE AS A SERVICE CAPACITY REPORT DOESN'T WORK WITH UTILITY MODEL ANYMORE

Error description

• Since the 1Q23 release was deployed, the monthly report "Storage
  as a Service Capacity" is missing. We attempted to create a new
  report and found no data in the Storage as a Service Capacity
  report. The new report has a drop-down asking for a STaaS
  environment selection, which doesn't apply for the Utility
  Model.
