Local fix
To resolve this issue, it is important to check if there is an active antivirus on the system. If there is, please exclude the following path and its related subdirectories from the virus scan:C:\Users\sppuser\AppData\Local\FSPA The following example is based on a specific customer case, however, it serves to illustrate the general process. The location of the folder in question is dependent on the user that was provided during system registration. In general, the folder can be found at "%LOCALAPPDATA%\FSPA", where %LOCALAPPDATA% will vary depending on the user. For example, if the system was registered using the local "Administrator" account, the full path to the folder that should be excluded would be C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\FSPA It's important to note that this path may vary depending on the specific user and system configuration.
