Error description

  • API Value has % 201 (space after the %), i.e. a naked percent
character, a space which should be encoded to a %20, followed by
the characters 201
 that naked % should be encoded as a %25, thus what should be
sent to the backend is %25%20201 but instead the naked percent
is sent as and the backend receives %%20201
