IT43069: MQ appliance Web GUI fails with "Error during the processing of the action" when operating management functions

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When operating management functions, such as Ping, in the
  'System Control' and 'Troubleshooting' Administration tabs of
  the MQ Appliance web GUI, the following error is displayed:
  
  "Error during the processing of the action."
  
  This error can also be reported when accessing the Crypto
  Tools under the Miscellaneous section.
