  Below are the steps to recreate the issue.
  1. Sign on to the Z/OS host system.
  2. Click Send File to Host from the Actions menu of the session
  window.
  3. The Send File to Host window opens.
  4. Type the name of the PC File to be sent to the host system or
  click Browse to select the file.
  5. Select the files to send, then click OK to add the files to
  the transfer list.
  6. Select the Transfer Type as binary
  7. Click Send
     The IND$FILE Transfer fails with PCSXFER041 error message.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSLT.DLL code changes have been made to handle the MOD5(27*132)
  IND$FILE transfer scenario.
