Error description

• Microsoft SQL protection with IBM Spectrum Protect Plus can
  display the following job log messages :
  
  ERROR,..,CTGGA3608,[<SQLServerAddress>] "The command[postbackup]
                     results for the agent [sqlvdiwrapper.exe]
                     cannot be located".
  
  The backup job itself will complete successfully.
  In the command log found in the job log bundle, the following
  messages will be seen:

                      Spectrum Protect Plus\tools\sql\
                      sqlvdiwrapper.exe" "c:\ProgramData\SPP\
                      <taskId>\input.json" "c:\ProgramData\SPP\

  .. DEBUG winagent - Reset task flag to done
  .. DEBUG winagent - All the tasks were done
  .. DEBUG winagent - output.json file is not present, creating a
                      default output.json
  
  In that same bundle the Event.log file will show:
  
  Arguments: insert
  System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid
  DateTime.
     at System.DateTimeParse.ParseExact(String s, String format,
        DateTimeFormatInfo dtfi, DateTimeStyles style)
     at EventCollector.Program.Main(String[] args)
  
  This happens when the Microsoft SQL server language is set to a
  non-English value.
  
  There is no impact in the availability of the backups.

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so that SQL database backup of
