IT42941: MQ repeatedly writes FDCs with probe XC476042

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• IBM MQ was upgraded to 9.1.0.11 or a later MQ 9.1 Fix Pack and
  when the queue manager was restarted it wrote multiple FDCs with
  probe XC476042.
  

Local fix

• The problem can be resolved by restarting the queue manager, or
  by restarting the application connected to MQ that was not
  stopped before the upgrade.  Search the FDC for "pidApplication"
  to find the process id of the application.
  

Problem summary

• The problem could not be recreated on 9.2 and later releases due
  to internal design changes at this version.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  <p style="margin-left:0">The FDC indicates a corrupted
  quickcell. The most probable cause of the problem was that when
  the queue manager was last shut down and upgraded not all the
  shared memory being used by the previous queue manager instance
  could be cleared/released. because an application, listener or
  broker that was connected to the queue manager was not stopped.
  This includes MQ monitoring programs.</p>
