Error description

• Using IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.13 build 194 or later,
  the catalog backup status widget on the Dashboard and Policy
  Overview screens shows that the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  catalog is not protected.
  
  The error message suggests to run a backup job for catalog,
  even if  the daily backup is successful.

Problem conclusion

• The issue is caused by the improper filtering of storage profile
  (SLA) information by the NGP service. This filtering has been
  corrected, which results in the proper catalog protection state
