Error description

• MQ 9.2 supplies DRBD kernel modules and pacemaker packages as a
  pre-requisite to Replicated Data Queue Manager (RDQM)
  functionality.
  
  This APAR supplies a new minor kmod-drbd version 4.18.0_425.10.1
  for RHEL 8.7 and updates drbd-utils to 9.22.0

Problem conclusion

• A new kmod-drbd package is supplied for RHEL 8.7 kernel version
  4.18.0_425.10.1 , and the drbd-utils package is updated to
  9.22.0.
  
  Minor compensating MQ product changes to the RDQM feature are
  included as part of this APAR in order to make use of the
  updated drbd-utils version.
