  Method: populateQuotaRelatedComponent() in
  ElasticProbeProcessor.java
  
  while trying to get value for key (naturalKeyFileSet) from the
  getComponentsMap(), it gives null. Trying to call
  getPropertiesMap() on null value causes NPE as follows,
