Error description

• When SQL database backup failed with the following job log
  error, SQL server Windows Event Log of SPP did not record the
  database backup error.
  Disk initialization failed. Error: [Failed to discover an iscsi
  vSnap IP address that can be connected.]
  
  Affected versions: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.13
