Error description

  • MQ appliance Raid Battery warning temperature is incorrectly set
to 40 degrees C instead of 50 degrees C and
the following message message is generated when RAID battery
temperature reaches 40 degrees C.

20221101T164608.219Z [0x804000d9][system][critic] : The RAID
battery temperature is too high (40 degree C).

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
MQ appliance Raid Battery temperature warning temperature was
set to 40 degrees C instead of 50 degrees C.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • MQ appliance code has been modified to set the warning
temperature to 50 degrees C.
