Error description

• Spectrum Virtualize has introduced Policy Based Replication and
  there is now the concept of a recovery volume which appears
  offline in normal operation. They are offline by design and
  should be treated as healthy, rather than an error state.
  Offline + green matches the way they would appear in the
  Spectrum Virtualize GUI and Storage Insights should be the same.
